Yasamin Zamanieh is an interdisciplinary artist whose work weaves together illustration, painting, animation, and interactive installations to explore the struggle and resistance of humanity. Central to her practice are themes of gender, class, and socio-political issues, which she investigates through various media and technology. As an Iranian woman shaped by significant political events, Yasamin's identity and ideology are deeply intertwined with her art. Her work revisits conflictual moments in history, developing new interactive and evidentiary techniques to address systematic political violence. Through her art, Yasamin initiates a dialogue on social injustices, posing the critical question: What is the moral response to chronic and complex issues such as gender, and class inequality?
